We asked the young men if they attended church, all of them say yes ma'am. I explained how important it was to give thanks to God that they were not injured in their accident. Once the police arrived, we slowly backed away to leave the scene, but I was urged to go back, which I did. I went to the young men to tell them I would pray for them and to encourage them to have a real relationship with Christ. I reminded them that the outcome could have been fatal and they should think of where would they spend eternity? I also told the driver that I would pray that his father did not have the reaction he expected!! I never want to witness an accident like that again, but at the same time, I am so glad we were there to witness or remind someone that Jesus desires to be someone we know not someone we know about.
